Karas Technical was founded in 1986 to provide specialized voice annunciated monitoring and control products for industrial and commercial applications.
Over the years, Karas Technical has become more involved with law enforcement requirements through its work in land mobile communications. In 1987 Karas Technical built its first alarm product using solid state voice synthesis. The Sentinel Portable Radio Alarm was first introduced in 1990. It has regularly been improved to include user recorded voice messages, wireless alarm sensors, scheduling capabilities and video systems.
We have incorporated numerous customer recommendations and continually work to meet your needs. We strive to build reliable, practical products. Karas Technical Services does all of its own engineering, manufacturing, testing and quality control at its facilities in Aptos, California.
